Qestion: I run 20 minutes then walk 10 minutes everyday. I’ve been doing this for about a week now. I eat around 5 small meals a day and they are healthy. Does anyone know if by the end of 4 weeks Ii will have lost any weight?
Answer: Add in strength training and watch your weight loss really take off. Also, increase your running/walking every six weeks or so.
